- What you actually are. Builder, engineer, consultant, educator, workflow designer, video and content, agent builder, data. Tick as many as fit, most people are two or three.
- What you build on. n8n, Make, Zapier, custom code, LLM apps, or something else.
- Who you are good with. Industries you have actually shipped in.
- Size of job you want. So we stop sending you $3,000 jobs when you want $30,000 ones.
- How you work. Fixed price or hourly, remote or on site, and whether you take subcontract work from other builders.
- Capacity. One toggle. Off when you are full and we stop matching you.
