Too small, too vague, too early. Right now they go in the bin and you look unhelpful. Send them here with your link and they come back to you measured and written up, quotable in ten minutes, or they do not come back at all. Your referral link is issued with your approved profile.
Questions
Do I need an ABN?
No. We take builders without one, including students, people testing a side business, and builders based overseas. We show buyers your ABN status, because it affects GST, withholding and insurance, and they can decide for themselves.
How do you decide who gets the five positions?
Relevant work you have shipped in that job type and with those systems, then buyer-confirmed outcomes on past jobs here, then how fast you usually quote, then rotation so the same few firms do not take everything. You see the reasons on every invitation.
Will I be bidding against fifty people?
No. Five at most, and often fewer. If we cannot find two AI Builders who genuinely suit a job, we tell the buyer that rather than pad the list.
Do you take a cut of my hours or my ongoing fees?
No. One referral fee on the quoted price when you win, capped at A$3,000. Nothing on retainers, nothing on later work with the same client.
Do you compete with me?
AI Builds is operated by Media Mantra. Media Mantra does quote on some jobs as a founding builder, on automation, marketing automation, website and enquiry work only. When it does, the quote is labelled so buyers and other builders can see it, and the buyer is free to pick anyone else.
What does it cost me to quote?
Nothing. Every job snippet is public, the full scope of works reaches you by email invitation, and submitting a quote is free. We are paid 12% of your quoted price, capped at A$3,000, only when a buyer accepts.
How does a job reach me?
When a scope of works is finished we invite up to five Australian AI Builders whose profile matches the job, and tell each of you why. You then have 24 hours to take your Quote Position and price it. After that the position passes to the next matching builder.
